Foundation law is a specialized field that is regulated differently at the state level.

We have many years of experience in advising companies and foundations; for example, attorney Prof. Helmuth Jordan served as chairman of the Carl Baresel Foundation from 1997 to 2011, and attorney Peter Wagner served as a consumptive foundation until its dissolution in accordance with its Bylaws of association.
