National and European data protection and its global significance (“The Right to Privacy”) are becoming increasingly important, as in today's information age data and information can now, more than ever, determine the success of new and ongoing projects. Metadata databases, artificial intelligence (AI), and apps and software applications notorious as “data leeches” are examples of the knowledge advantage, the dominance, and the power of data.

We support our clients in navigating the regulatory framework of data protection, data processing procedures involving third countries, complex order processing levels, value chains, and supply chains, both large and small. We know that dynamic processes in particular can require ongoing review and adjustment, even when the starting points and lines are clear.

Since humans and machines can sometimes be exposed to “unforeseen bumps in the road,” we recommend establishing data protection concepts in such a way that humans, machines, and cargo do not slip and slide into chaos at the first “vibrations” or even during strong storms. Then, not only can all standardized straight lines be driven at top speed, but customer, board, supervisory, and special requests, which are colloquially referred to as “sand in the gears,” can also be handled in “rally mode.”
